WPI's Sumilon™ 24-Well Companion Plates Accommodate Commonly Used 24-Well Inserts from Different Manufacturers

The Sumilon™ Companion 24-Well Plate provides a safe and novel method for media exchange as it allows sufficient space for the pipette tip insertion without removing the cell culture insert from the base plate. This minimizes the vibration or disruption of the cells. As the insert does not have to be removed, this method is compatible with automation for culture and cell-based assays. This method has been designed using the capillary force of the grooves around the bottom inside of the well ensuring complete media replacement.
