Our breakthrough TEER-on-Chip platform is an innovative system using the WPI EVOM™ technology to enable real-time, multiplexed trans-endothelial electrical resistance (TEER) measurements for advanced blood-brain barrier (BBB) on-chip models, using SynVivo's SynBBB chips. The EVOM™ TEER-on-Chip platform is the first in a series of on-Chip models that combine SynVivo’s proprietary microfluidic organ-on-chip technology with WPI’s precision TEER measurement EVOM™ instrumentation to deliver unparalleled insights into BBB function, permeability, and drug transport in physiologically-relevant conditions. Researchers can now perform simultaneous, high-throughput barrier assessments across multiple channels—dramatically accelerating drug discovery, neurovascular research, and safety toxicology.
